Easy & Delicious Fasting Recipes with Damle Foods
1. Crispy Upwas Thalipeeth with Curd & Groundnut Chutney
What you need:
- 1 cup Damle Upwas Thalipeeth Mix
- Chopped green chilies, coriander, grated boiled potato (optional)
- Rock salt to taste
Instructions:
- Mix Thalipeeth mix with water to make a soft dough.
- Pat the dough onto a greased surface into a flat disc.
- Cook on a hot pan with ghee until both sides are golden brown.
- Serve with homemade dahi and peanut chutney.

2. Fasting Dosa with Coconut-Green Chilli Dip

What you need:
- 1 cup Damle Fasting Dosa Mix
- Water to make a smooth batter
- Ghee or oil for cooking
Instructions:
- Mix the Dosa Mix with water to a flowing consistency.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle of batter.
- Spread lightly and cook with a drizzle of ghee until crisp.
- Serve with fresh coconut-chili chutney or curd.

A light yet nutritious breakfast or evening snack.
3. Instant Sabudana Wada
What you need:
- 1 pack Damle Instant Sabudana Wada Premix
- Water as per instructions
- Ghee for frying or shallow-frying
Instructions:
- Mix the premix with water and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Shape into wadas and shallow-fry until crispy.
- Serve with lemony yogurt mixed with coriander and cumin.
Crispy on the outside, soft inside—ready in minutes. Follow instructions on
packet!
