Damle Ragi Dosa is healthy source of calcium and iron. it provides goodness of ragi (Nachni or finger millet) in an easy to make dosa. To cook, empty contents in a mixing bowl. add water and salt to taste. Stir and let it rest for half an hour. Then spread the batter onto heated pan greased with oil. cook for a couple of minutes until crisp. Flip to cook on both sides. Serve hot.
